Maybe you should send them a link to one of gideongallery's threads about 'time shifting', and tell them they need to put their program up on a tracker for you to back up your files on, blah blah blah...

So you purchased it and never bothered to even download it? Tell them your situation and that you'd like the version you paid for.

The new clipshare is actually pretty good. The old one that I used to use was really full of security leaks

and support sucks balls

they're support and sales service are terrible, stay away if you can
