Do not try to work with JonClark In the design business anymore.He will ask for some money upfront and then he will stall the delivery saying :

And so on .

IN the end he delivered a page that was obviously made by him and that had no connection with the requirments.

I lost 125 and the mistake was mine cause i paid upfront since i needed the page made in 2 days.

Yeah it's ashame you lost out. It's more common practice to use 20-40% down in my experience. But either way you're still out money and that's not right.

In my opinion it's always a smart idea to have the freelanced work backed by another skilled worker, just in case something goes wrong. So if his worker flaked out on him, he has another one ready to go. That way the customer will almost never get fucked over.

When he said he gave your project to a designer as a test, he's probably scamming the designer on the backend by saying "do this work and I'll pay you when I get paid".

Post the garbage he delivered. I saw him trying to create a logo for someone himself the other day and the results were horrid.

gfy has scammers chasing design work every day, it is best to use someone who is not only visible and a known member of the community but those who have proven themselves with YEARS of good clean reputation.

With as many known and reputable designers as there are on gfy, no one should be in the shadows working with crooks.

Again, I didn't resell your templates and people are aware of this. I copied your style and sold some templates, that's it.

It's pretty easy to make shapes and text and throw a stroke around it and call it a design. I could have Jon Clark building galleries just like yours in about 10 minutes time.

1. client came to me because he was very upset he had been ripped off, he saw work he just bought from jason on my site
2. he showed me the work he had been sold and it was downloaded from my site and then sold by jason (candyflip)
3. he came to gfy and made a thread outing candyflip as a person reselling stolen designs.

Client got designs that looked like yours, had different colors and different sponsors. I did not just take your galleries and resell them. I made galleries that looked like yours, simple as that. There was never anything download from you and sold to anyone else. If the links were up still, this would be obivious...as it has been to everyone else for years.

I have never said I didn't copy your templates. But I never, ever just took something from your server and resold it. That is where you go wrong with this everytime.

anyone buying anything from candylfip should investigate whether he has resell rights to do so, he has been busted selling stolen templates more than once.

Known members of community, aka fucking fags jump on a thread, backing him up, making it look like he has years of good clean reputation and then bad - countless webmasters get scammed out of thousands of dollars.

Again, I made templates that looked just like yours. That is what he was he brought to your attention. Not that he wanted a gallery from Sponsor A and I just downloaded one of your Sponsor A galleries and sold it to him...which is what you want people to believe.
