My blog has been doing good but all of my categories are like ?cat=144, they are ranked in the se's but I was wondering if I change them would I get more se traffic using the /category/post-name/ tags?

If I change them now is it possible for me to get banned in the se's for the pages that are already ranked?

If it is not broken do not fix it..
