What is the maximum amount of $ which you can have on epasstorte without uploading new documents (authorization proccess)...On Visas + epass wallet...totally...

I think the documents are required for all active accounts now. It used to be at $5k+ balance but I got one way below that

There is no set amount, depending on your account type and history you can be asked to send ind documents at any time.

I don't know yet, it is always a hassle...
