anyone else having problems with paypal tonight?
 

Can;t seem to send with my debit card. called them and they said they are having a system wide issue. usually don't believe anything they say so I figured I would ask here.

I used it multiple times this afternoon and evening but not in the last few hours.

yeah i sent this afternoon without any problems. went to send some money again tonight and ran into the issue

Everything seemed ok on my end

I think donnylong is having problems with paypal tonight
