What happened to Server Provider?
Anyone else know if something is going on with Server Provider the company as a whole? When I first started hosting with them about a year or two ago their support and customer service was top-notch, but within the last 6-months the support and customer service totally went down the toilet. It got so bad I decided to cancel my hosting with them last month. Recent support requests sometimes took weeks, even a month to get answered and fixed, and when I decide to close my hosting account I've ICQ'ed them and emailed their billing email address with no responses back. I asked for a confirmation email or ICQ back stating they will cancel my hosting account but no response back for almost a month. The support are even online in ICQ when I send the message and they just ignore it. Since I haven't been using the account for a month now since I requested it to be cancelled and I don't want to get re-billed I finally just called my credit card company to stop the transaction if it comes through.
So what's the deal with Server Provider? Anyone else see the customer service and support go down the drain the last few months? Maybe the recession caught up with the company and their closing down? |

uhhmm, i get the support imediately all the time. never had this problem, i find them really profesionalls.

I did also cancel my hosting with them last month. They did not answer my email but I contacted them using ICQ a couple of days later and got in contact with them.

Maybe ServerProvider should update their fucking website if they no longer provide new virtual hosting accounts.

did your hosting provider all of a sudden copy the billing practices of cross-selling websites now? making it difficult for customers to stop you billing their credit cards? LOL, it's just a joke, but come on seriously this is getting ridiculous. in total i think i contacted you guys through email, ICQ, and phone 10 or more times already and was told 3 times already it would be fixed and still nothing. not to mention have to post a thread to get your attention after numerous attempts of not getting an answering back through ICQ and emails. I still get emails about new invoices. But luckily my card didn't get billed. I have sent mails and complained about this but still no answer. :/
