There are hundreds if not thousands of official documents on many countries that prove this, and there are even declassified CIA documents that prove it (do a search for "Plan Condor CIA declassified docs"). Hell, they have the technology to spot a given person between thousands of people from outer space and they can't spot thousands of acres of cannabis, coca or poppy fields? yeah, sure :1orglaugh

oh, and btw, in a country where external security is heavier than any other country in the world, with the latest radar, thermal and chemical technologies, they can never spot a drug smuggler, while drug traffic grows everyday in US :Oh crap

There's an ex cia pilot who outed a few ex-presidents some years ago who after doing so disappeared off the map only to show up a couple of years ago dead and washed up on the shores in Panama Canal. He leaked detailed documents where he personally delivered at least one load to this certain ex president. Even shook his hand. They never "told" him what he was delivering but he always checked everything he carried so once he figured it out he started logging every flight, contents and who received of every flight for years. It's been awhile since I went through the whole story but he and some other "official" out of Columbia or Mexico don't remember which used the docs as their insurance policy. After he leaked them both were eventually killed.

No Doubt about it for sure. There was a show on ShowTime , I can't remember the name, I think it was Cocaine Cowboys. That went in to great detail about explaining how the federal government was involved in "looking the other way" . I think Netflix also has this on demand if you haven't seen it. Pretty damn good documentary.

In fact almost in all countries the politic power is involved in drug smuggling. Different is the case when drug smuggling is a state policy.

In the case of US is difficult to know if this is a state policy or if this just a CIA issue.
