yesterday when I was at the library, this tall skinny black 26 year old guy was hitting on these 3 11-13year old persian and white girls. He was talking to them for like 15 minutes. and then he asks one of the girls for her number.
anyway I call those girls over, asking them if they know that guy. They said no and told me that guy is really weird, so anyway I called the monitor off the library, and the monitor told the girl to go across the street to the police station.

so anyway I think I have stopped a child pedophile.

because The will girls said they were in 6th and 7th grade. and I've been told by a worker there, that this guy came in a few times before and he just stares at little girls.

I rather prevent the crime from happening. about a few years ago a few blocks away from my house I see this black dude keep staring at these girls at Blockbuster, for few hours this guy was just there staring. I told my friend should I call police on this guy, my friend said don't do that, anyway the next day I found out that this guy had raped a 16-year-old girl later that night.
