I have no idea what that is. But if it's a tattoo regarding twitter, it's pretty stupid.

I've never used twitter and never will, so haven't seen it before.. but it's not a bad design if it was true to the original.. better than about 90% of the tatt's i've seen anyways.

i prefer tat artists that dont do "so and so loves" or baby names or disney chars, the artists i know stay away from that stuff...
