Like http://www.act.com/ ? (contact and customer manager)
|
try tactilecrm. its quite basic, but does the job for sure.
|
It doesn't get any better than Salesforce.com
I wouldn't have been able to make my way into mainstream design and development without it. http://www.salesforce.com |
worked with salesforce over the last couple of years with the previous company I was with. If you are looking for a CRM that has just about everything... salesforce would be the crm of choice

this is for my salad tossing friend

If its just you then Act is good but if you have a group of people then look at SalesForce or SugarCRM |
Depends what you want it for, I use Quickbooks Customer Manager V2 and it does the job for me.

Salesforce is a great solution and its hosted. I also like Microsoft CRM very much and it integrates well with other platforms and products you may be using on your back end, especially if you are a Microsoft shop. ACT is decent as well.
The biggest thing about using a CRM for the first time is your business process. Find the solution that maps to your business process with the least amount of configuration/customization out of the box. That will be the one to go with IMO. |
