Ipod Glitch?

I have bought 3 apps and the card on my itunes account was canceled and when I get a new app for my ipod it lets me download it and it doesn't charge my card but still let's me download the full app basically for free.

Anyone else experience this?

I noticed on all the games I bought allot of the levels are locked. These aren't on the light games but the full versions. Anyone know how to unlock those higher levels?

I would guess like most games, by playing and beating the already unlocked levels.

That's just a guess. Could be different for each game.
