I am not making money off them, but I know that a couple hundred of the sites that I link up on my network do. So while it won't indirectly effect me in anyway, several dozen webmasters promoting them will not be receiving my badass hardlinks no more.

Its going to effect the webmasters that promote him, its all I can do to make sure I don't get any letters in the future.

Its not a waste of time, its ensuring that none of my efforts reach his sites. And he isnt the first one, I did the same when Evan went on his dmca kick, and also Lightspeed when he went on a TM kick.
