Just a note, JMBSoft licenses (TGPX) are non-transferrable and against the TOS to sell. I made the mistake of buying a site (domain with TGPX). Then I found out the license was invalid and could not be transferred to my own JMBsoft account. I ended up having to purchase a new license for it it myself.

Fucksakes, you might want to ask in the JMB Soft forum if the policy about license transfers has changed. Might save you some grief if the person buying it can't use it and starts complaining to you.

yep this has caught a lot of people out who didnt notice before
