A lot of programs could do 1:200 or better on the right webpage, advertised the right way. Finding one that can do 1:200 or better on almost any webpage would be something. :2 cents:

It's pretty hard to say what someone else's traffic will do for any specific sponsor. I have a blog that converts 1:132 overall from June of 2008 until today with combined results from three or four CCBill sponsors. But it's very specific and niche oriented, so if someone else tried to send other traffic to the same sites, who knows how they would convert.
