DeluxePass/Videosz owes over $11,000
 

I'm not one to do the "drama" thing but I'm hoping there is a simple explanation as I've worked with Clement and the Deluxepass guys for a very long time, since 2002 I have sent around $1m in signups to DP. However I haven't been paid since October 2008 and am owed $11,107 in rebills.

I've sent several emails to all email addresses I have for DP and Videosz and no reply, I have 2 different ICQs for Clement and have left messages and no reply even though he appears "online". Everyone at DP has always been very pleasant and a pleasure to work with over the years, I've made alot of money with them as they have with me so it seems very strange that they won't return or even acknowledge any messages to someone who has sent them $1m in signups!?

There's a message in their admin area about changing banks however it doesn't take over 3 months to do this so if anyone has had recent contact with Clement or DeluxePass I'd be really interested in hearing from you as I obviously want to get this resolved one way or another. I hate dealing with solicitors and lawyers however for $11,000 it'll be an avenue we'll have to consider.

Sad so see so many companies failing to pay on time recently, I guess its a sign of the times. You would think with the volume you have done that you would be at the top of their list. Hope you get paid without the hassle of legal means.

They've always been good guys, maybe my emails have got lost in their spam filters or something simple like that?! Like I say I hope we can get it sorted out.

I don't think they are avoiding you, and they will probably get this resolved soon.

i think you're fucked, but the good news is that 100 people will post irrelevant shit in this thread about how you should be sending your traffic to "xyz" company that they are either an affiliate manager at or an affilate...

11k should not be something they'd run from. I'd keep emailing them untill you get a reply.

Wow that is dirty. I read a few threads about companies that stop paying rebills if you stop promoting them and I made sure to never work with them. I'll check in on this thread in a few days to see what happened.

Clement is one of the nicest guys in the biz. You will get paid man.

was just thinking this is really hard to believe, since clement is a great guy.. but than again nothing surprises me anymore in this biz.

By the time I saw this and spoke to him he had already written you. :) He's on vacation here in sin city which is why he wasn't right on it when you first got with him.

I've never promoted deluxe pass. I promote Videosz. I've promoted them for over 5 years now. Our monthly payout is always over $20,000 and we've never missed a payout. Clem is a great guy and I've never had trouble with him. He's one of the good guys imo

their admin news area is littered with excuses for late payments. no excuse posted on why payments stopped though.

Can someone update this? Had he been paid?

I made a couple of million with Clement over the years. And you're right. I met him when he was just getting started and wasn't even old enough to drink, but he impressed me that day as one of the smartest young guys I had ever met.

He was already making millions at an age that I would have been drunk, high, and whoring. lol

I saw him at The Phoenix Forum this year for the first time in almost 10 years. I was standing at the bar drinking a beer and I heard a French accent say "Robbie" and I turned around and it took me a couple of minutes to realize who it was talking to me, it had been so long since we had seen each other in person.

Clement is one of the smartest guys I know. And being egotistical I don't give out that kind of praise (I always think I'm the smartest guy in the room lol)

If you have the opportunity to do business with him and you know your shit and can kick ass....it's always golden to work with Clement.
