You could probably start by removing that pop-up when someone enters your site. I think that's something blazingbucks does on all their sites unless I'm mistaken. Hopefully you're at least getting credit for those ads. It looks like a exit pop up which wouldn't be a big deal.

The problem is there's a lot more firefox users these days. Last I checked it's about 20% or more of the browser market I think. Well with firefox that "exit/background popup" doesn't come up in the background, it comes up right in front so people see it first before they see your site.
