Amazing to see how Apple pretty much monopolized the mainstream gadget market - what comes first to everyone's mind is iPod (which I don't have) and iPhone (which I also don't have, got HTC Touch Pro instead). And new gadgets are being released daily by the hundreds...

How many of you without ipods have a competitor or the ability on your phone?

About the only thing I lack is a blu-ray player.

I have a lot of gadgets most don't have.

But the one's I don't have are video game consoles.

I don't play any video games so no PS3 or Xbox360..

I've had the ipod since the first generation.. Had minidisk before that..

No ipod (or any mp3 player), no iphone or Blackberry (though wife has a Blackberry I just use a fairly basic Nokia), no Blue Ray no Playstation 3 or Wii. We do have an XBox 360 though.

No Ipod. No Wii, No xbox360, No plam pilot or what ever they call the new phones. No PSP or what ever it is.

I have a cell phone. It cost 99$ and just replaced the last 99$ one my wife lost.

all apple crap is off limits to me, also I don't have a next gen system, just don't have the time or desire. I have a no frills cell phone too! :1orglaugh

Ipod, mac, cellphone more complicated than just a phone (no camera, mp3 etc), bluetooth anything, xbox, wii, ps3, blueray player, mp3 handheld player, roomba, palm pc of any type, kindle, multiple monitors, and prolly lots more.

Don't have nor crave any "gadgets"...

My ipod is one of the first models they came out with. It's huge. But it does what I need it to do so I won't replace it.

No iphone, no blueray. Finally broke down after 7 years of having an HD ready TV and got HD last year. I have a Wii but we've had every current game console they've put out since Pong. Wii is the only one I have currently though.

Just a basic 3 year old laptop. When it dies I'll replace it with one of the Netbooks - or whatever is smaller at that point and time.

Finally gave my last VCR up about 6 months ago after my brother moved all my VHS tapes to DVDs (and some were originally moved from 8mm).

I had one of the first TiVos they came out with - love those things. Now I just have a DVR with the cable company but it saves me loads of time being able to pre-program in the recording and zipping through the commercials :)

We also had one of the first cellphones back in 83. It was about $6 a minute to talk on it. Then I went for a few years w/o one but got one for the car back in 1990 (hard wired) and have had a cell since. I don't even use it that much but now that I can put my email on the Blackberry I at least carry it around more - I used to go for days/weeks leaving it on the dresser.

My Kindle rocks.

I'm a pretty "gadget" type person, but once I get a model I won't upgrade for years.
