(Had to look for non-Dutch sources in google other then the primary local press agency to local news papers).

Governments want to see the results first from the current actions they initiated
before spending more (where there is a limit).....

Seems to me that also they have no clue what to do next....
Maybe that's smart (to wait..?). Maybe it's not.. (Throwing money at problems that is).
