What kind of adjustment do you need?

Graphical, html, css, wordpress fucntions....

not to be an ass, but isn't the point of custom skinning to be already customized? I mean, can't you just ask the one that made the skin to deliver it as supposed and not as a half done work?

Does it matter? Perhaps that designer either disappeared or it's a bought template from a template 'factory' or maybe he hates the old designer...
