Someone from WEBAIR in here please (no drama).
Ok so I'm switching to a VPS right now,
work order was being processed over the weekend. Every time I try to contact my account manager it takes TOO long for me to hear back from him.. I'm having a real tough time getting in touch with him these days, he just now got back with me from two weeks of no returned e-mails. I'm not trying to cause trouble or be a complaining prick, but I've had an important time schedule that I need to stick to here.. only after almost a month of complaining about the apache's overloading due to too much force.. did anyone take a proper look at it and even suggest vps. I was told the setup fee would be waived for my troubles, but sure enough I got billed. All I'm looking for is a little bit of customer care and support for the transition to VPS. I'm having a tough time getting in touch with my account manager in a timely fashion. Basically I'm just ill-informed, and I need someone to give me 5 minutes of explanation.. that's all. Thanks. Apologies for the frustration, but it's getting a bit bold. |

Hey Diomed VPS server should be all set as I see the work order is completed and there are instructions so the sites can be tested. You were not charged a set up fee and if there was a charge on your account I will make sure it is worked out with Billing for you. I will follow up with you to be sure everything is running smoothly for you once all the sites have been tested. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you need anything at all.
