The government can see every electronic transaction trail if they wanted to. Meaning, if they, or the IRS, or some other acronym division really wants to investigate you. They can easily find it in their systems.

I recomend just paying the taxman. A person should be smart enough to have saved enough money over the course of the year to pay his/her taxes. Of course if you file your taxes quarterly this is even less of an issue.

I don't use Epasspore for payments, but I do know you can create gift accounts under any name you want. I have to imagine that if you created a gift account from a library or coffee shop, got the ATM card in the mail, and pulled out cash with it after being paid, it'd be near impossible to prove anything.

Then again, I'm a pussy with that stuff and am probably one of the few people in the world that reports every dime.

It should go without saying that if you are using epass to transfer to your bank account, than of course that can be tracked.

It's painfully easy to get an epassporte debit card under an anonymous name though... I don't see any way for anyone to track that beyond ATM security camera footage.
