http://Javtalk.com has alexa ranking of around 1000.

It is an extremely high traffic site.

The guys at javtalk are currently selling ad spots.

The only time I have ever done any business with doridori, he scammed me twice.

1st: he removed the hardlink off of youjav that I bought.

I called him out on it and he said he did not know how to edit the template...?

#2 after he put it back up, he removed it again because he did not like a comment I made on a message board.

so if you say something he doesn't like, he will terminate the deal and keep your money.

We already resolved this. I offered you refund, but you never replied. So I assume that deal was off.

for $10, you had your link on my site for good 6 months. I never offered any guarantees.

Your continuously abusing me was my decision to remove your links. I warned you several times but you left me no choice.

If you still want your $10, message me before starting up drama.

I have done many transactions with other buyers, and they have no complaints.

I'm only helping them out because they are looking to cover their hosting bills.

Once again, I do not own Javtalk, or affiliated with them in any commercial interest, or own any equity of Javtalk. I am honestly just helping them out by advertising their site which is looking for more sponsors to cover their operating bill.

I don't get how they can be in the top 5K Alexa sites with stats like this ???

My name is John and I am the Server Administrator and a member of JAVtalk Management. I came here to clear up a couple of outstanding issues. The member "doridori" here, like he said, has no affiliation with us in any commercial interest, nor does he own any equity of JAVtalk. He is one of our members, and was wanting to help us out by spreading the word out that we are looking for advertisers. I cannot speak for his actions in the past, but I would hope any bad actions on his part wouldn't carry over to us. I will not scam your money!

As for the Alexa ranking, that was a typo on his part. We are ranked in the top 5000 though, and are proud of our popularity throughout the years. Some traffic stats I have are 25% of our traffic comes from Thailand, and we are rated as one of the top 250 websites visited in the country. 17% comes from the United States, with the remainder coming from other countries such as China, Japan, Korea, Canada, and the EU. The average visitor has 13 page views per unique visit, with an estimated 10,000+ unique visitors a day (many with multiple visits per day!)

The advertisements would be at the TOP of every single page generated by our forums, or placed in another predominant location on our site. Payments would be made via PayPal on a per-month (or greater) basis, and I feel this has the possibility to be quite the steal for the right person or organization as we aren't really looking to make lots of money - just help cover costs.

Lastly, about our stats. Those stats are from the last year (12 months). This time last year our hosting company went out of business, and didn't have any bother to let us know. Our server suddenly disappeared, along with our onsite NAS backups of the entire server. We had to start over with 0 posts and 0 members, so I think 65,000+ posts from 160,000 members in a 12 month period shows why we are in the top 5k Alexa sites.

Any further questions, please do not hesitate to post! Everything will be answered by me personally from now on, sorry for any confusion earlier. I thought such a request might be better coming from a "veteran" member instead of a 0 post user, but I'll be monitoring these forums from now on <_<

JavTalk, you would do good to stay clear of people like doridori... he is NOT a veteran of this board.. in fact, he is often laughed at and treated as the jester he is. Dealing with losers and scammers like him makes you look like amateurs. Which is probably why everyone was questioning your rank. :2 cents:

I lost ALL hardlinks, because that template was not backed up.

Then you get all angry, I apologized and placed your link again after December.

After 6 months or so, your link was removed because you called me out on it calling me scammer.

Refund was offered.

Now you start this again, I offer you refund again today, yet you ignore me???

You haven't posted in this thread, so I cannot speak for anything related to outside of it...but like I said, we have no involvement with him other than him having a traffic sharing link on our website, and being a frequent visitor. He has no part ownership, nor any staff/management position on our website - just a Joe Doe to us...and I'd hope no negativity would transfer over to us, that was not the point of this thread!

We are totally different entities, and he has no official position with us at all :)

Who am I to tell the moderators? As a poster, I have a right to keep my thread relevant to the topic on hand, and anything straying away from that I can report. I have no relationship with doridori with the exception of him being a member at my site, anything that may or may not have happened shouldn't have any correlation to me or JAVtalk.com as a whole.

I'm a newb... so what goes on in the file sharing forums? Are these little short clips or fully ripped dvds and vod clips from jav sites?

Well first off, I'm not the owner - I'm just the manager. Just thought I'd clarify.

As for what our site is about, our users trade their full clips with one another - whether it be DVD's or downloads from sites. A lot of our users just post clips from other sites onto ours too. And we even have a small section dedicated to people trading physical disk's of material as well. But our site isn't dedicated ONLY to file sharing, we have a lot of discussion and lifestyle and picture posts too :)

Ok... And when I follow the doridori links and links from javtalk they go to asianscreens.com among other places. And what do they do? Looks like they sell stolen or otherwise illegally obtained content. I dont know for sure.

Please know that japanese content is protected around the world. it is not licensed to websites or sold on dvd to be ripped and burned or otherwise stolen and then shared or sold without the company's participation. its not part of the contract you make when you buy the content. the content is for personal use. for use by you within your home. the fbi warning is pretty clear about that.
