I Need a Very Basic Script
 

I am looking for a very very simple script for job listings.

1. The categories will be a half dozen, maybe a dozen if that.
2. I would like it to require registration to keep out spammers.
3. Preferably some kind of API for charging a few bucks. (Optional at this time).
4. Search.
5. While not really needed at the onset. Being able to turn on a state by state would be helpful.

It does not have to be super fancy. Or super pretty. Just need the functions.
