2 of my domains got hacked, advices for taking back?

if we didn't realized on time, i would lose most of my domains.

someone hacked my domain panel's password and stole 2 of my domains, the hosting company's owner is my friend, he's trying to get it back, but i have no idea what is going to happen.

so, What You think, do i have any Chance to get back those domains?

any suggestion would be appreciated.

Are your domains still pointing to your sites or to the hackers site? Also it would be necessary to know where your domain is registered currently to give you a proper answer.

someone owned you

if your domains were at godaddy, you would file a complaint, send some paperwork in.. then, they would place the domains back into your account and let you and the other guy handle it in court. Only one of you has proof and should win the case.

How long ago did it happen?

Thank GOD, Finally we solve this,

after we sent a complaint, we faced something very funny, they weren't hacked, nobody hacked those domains, but something happened even annoying, what ever, they're back for now.

Happy ending.

Thanks for suggestions guys :)

what domain panel do you use? i use cpanel along with a free script called csf ( http://www.configserver.com ). basically it closes all the holes in cpanel and on servers. a really good feature is the Auth password if a user or you input the wrong pass 3 times (can be changed) anywhere on the server it automatically blocks the IP (can be config to release ip after a set time) and sends the server owner an email. you can even set it to notify you when someone logs into your server via ssh too.

Good. Happy to hear that it was solved that easy.
