im gonna go out on a limb here and make a comment. first, i dont need or want any work. i have replied to find out WHO in fact is looking for certain skill sets before and got no reply. everyone is going to want to know WHO before they go any further with anything.

i own my own company, so i don't have to worry about getting dinged if i did want some more work, but many people who will be emailing you, are in fact employed solely by one person. with that said, if you don't reply to anonymous emails and tell people WHO are looking for people, my guess would be that you aren't going to get many people responding to you. no one wants to send their resume to their BOSS.

not sure what's all the secrecy about over there. just tell people who is looking for help.

2 cents.

Most job placement agencies charge the job applicant upon successful placement, and this sum is usually a percentage of the salary. If they were to list the companies, this would allow applicants to circumvent the placement process and avoid the sum they'd have to pay.

A representative from X Industry Jobs will have to verify if this is their reasoning or not.

not trying to be a dick, but they have to realize they are dealing with a very small industry, with a very small pool of people worth their weight, and those people are very careful about how they move about the industry. not talking about the 3 month and out job hoppers. i'm talking about people who can handle bizness. i would never blindly send a resume anywhere. i may think the company looking is a bunch of dirtbags. i want to know who it is BEFORE i do anything with them. i think most people i know that are worth what they make would say the same.

just my 2 cents though. not trying to hinder their operation. i see why, but, eehhhhh.

no biggie.

carry on.
