CCBILL offers cascading to Epoch as a part of their standard service.

Once the customer gets declined by CCBILL for whatever reason, he's automatically sent to an Epoch join form, which is extremely handy, as it adds a few pct. of sign ups and improves your bottom line.

it the first case use cascade in the second - ccbill
