Neostyle-BliqDesign did those (and most of the Bravo websites)
But he's gone... Disappeared !

It wouldnt be hard to "pay tribute" and emulate that style.

no doubt, looks like your typical tgp style design to me. i'm sure there's several people out doing similiar.

It doesn't need to be same,can be used as inspiration.In any case most of designs are similar lately,it is very hard now to make unique template.

Honestly,i really don't see difference between 100$ tgp design and 1000$ tgp design.It maybe look fancier then or it have header with comic but that doesn't mean you will get more book markers because of it.

Thats insane most companies charge that much for a paysite package lol

I remember the going rate for paysites was like $5,000 per site back in 1998-99-2000'ish..

Is it me or it's just a really nice toon? Other than that, they look exactly the same as everyone else, so just get someone to make you a cool toon and then get some cheap designer to make you a css layout and you're done, prolly around $150/200 for the same quality. Don't get me wrong, I really like the quality of this guy, however each and every TGP I've seen is exactly the same with just a toon change, they even use the same wording in each and every site, so they probably use a template, add a toon and call it a website.

GFY'ers have some horrible taste in design.

Nice design,but why he doesn't have prices listed on his site?That's kind a unusual.

nice stuff but i wouldnt use Bart Simpson toons in a design, that can land everyone in a lawsuit, including designer.

Somehow i doubt that considering Simpsons are massively used in toon niche as content.

designs are great and very grungey, very hard to find a designer who is at home in such styles and has a lot of examples to display
