She claims all you have to do is imagine that you are working out and youll lose weight.

Between this secret and the movie you are talking about we can sum up what the fuck is wrong with this planet.

See in the past 2 years millions of people watched the movie the secret and millions purchased the motionless workout secret and I think we can agree that the whole world got poorer and fatter in the past 2 years.

Anything that involved a book or guide that tells people how they have to do nothing and they will get something = big seller and the word spreads fast.

The problem is that it takes serious work to possibly get anywhere in life, and in addition to that its good to be positive, not think positive and stuff will come to you or stand in front of a mirror do basic light nothing just think about muscles growing and you'll lose weight.

Here is a formula that seems to work for many decades for anything its called "Hard work pays off" and "Be realistic" but wait that would require people to actually do something so making a DVD called "Hard work pays off" would sell 2 copies maybe.

I've seen the secret also, pretty interesting.

Just like there are no get rich quick schemes unless you are selling a get rich quick scheme. Then you'll get rich.......quick.

But it's good to watch. Should give people some ideas if they are stuck in a negative rut. Sometimes all you need is a positive attitude to start making the changes to really overhaul your life.
