Can VideoSecrets Models block local IP's?

I am checking the docs but looking for a quick answer here.

We provide a tool in the administration area for you to block countries/states from your performers' rooms.

Chatters from these countries will not be able to see your performers on the homepage, bios or in the chat area.

We can also block specific IP addresses and/or ranges of IP addresses in special cases.

What if that state is a territory, Yukon Territory [YT] Canada to be specific?

For the United States, we can block states. Any other country, we can only block the country itself (no provinces).

For a province as small as the Yukon I'd leave Canada unblocked and just hope no one local ever saw :)

Ok great, good to know. This is just some bullshit model specific question I have to answer. If one chick blocks fucking Canada life goes on. Thank you for your help.
