Albert Einstein said common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age 18. It is also a result of some pervasive and extremely stupid logical fallacies that have become embedded in the human brain over generations, for one reason or another. And now, they're a major cause of everything that's wrong with the world.

The shit I took last night is more interesting then this article.

"those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it" and some are that stupid that even knowing the past they still do the same crap

I never thought giving a homeless guy a meal was going to "do" anything other than give the guy a meal. If the article writer thinks it's "common sense" that tells them "it's not going to solve poverty", then they are just stupid.

Sorry, the premise of this article is all wrong.

While it may be an interesting study of behavior, nothing in it resembles "common sense" at all. Perhaps "common misperceptions" is more accurate.

Common sense my ass. Now excuse me while I put a fork in the light-socket!
