There was a Verotel issue going on last week mentioned on a few boards, not sure if it would be part of your problem or not.
Maybe someone else can fill you in.

Last 5 days....Horrible!! I was singing..."this is the end"

But now Im glad I saw this thread, so I hope its a temporary problem on their side.
By the way I have been with them for years without any problem.

Starting last Saturday Verotel ratios took a nosedive to 300% below normal for us. I swapped in CCBill links and they are selling normally. Something is up, but I can't tell where the problem is.
