Corn Beef and Cabbage......

That's what we're having for dinner to celebrate St. Patrick's day. I'm only Irish by injection but it's time to drink and have fun, what are you doing today?

Happy St. Patty's Day Everyone!

I'm not Irish (but my biological parents were from Scotland) and I'm not catholic, and I dont like beer.

So I'll treat it like any other day and probably have thai food :thumbsup

Just an FYI: Corned beef and cabbage is an American thing . . . not really Irish. But enjoy.

Go home, have dinner, play with my son, give him a bath, read him a story, put him to bed, spend some time with my other son, chill for a bit, go to bed.

I do not think I will be having corned beef or cabbage for dinner. I think a more traditional Irish dinner would be stew, boiled sausages with mash, or oysters / seafood.
