I am interested for your opinion regarding top lists software. Is there any difference in using them since some of them are free and they should do same thing?

if your referring too toplistX from jmbsoft, its powerful and quality.

but dont pay the money for it.. he has an outdated toplist script thats just as powerful and is free , and written in perl
