Looking for a good deal on shared hosting for a personal homepage I don't want back-tracked to my adult stuff (family safe.) Don't need a lot of bandwidth or space, but would like an easy control panel, dedicated IP and some good auto-install software.

Willing to pay annualy for a good rate.
