2257.com will be in PHX for the Forum
http://www.2257safe.com I that is...am looking to set up as many appointments as possible with affiliate programs and affiliates that reside here in the states to let them know about our services.
I am sure that most of you will be blown away by the ease of use of our system, and for those of you who still don't comprehend the laws regarding 2257 and third party record keeping, we welcome your questions. To set up some time in PHX please email me at [email protected] or [email protected] |
Very nice! I'm sure everyone knew this business model would come along after the last round of legislation was written. Good luck!

cliffnotes on your service...

There is no reason to ever leave your home address, or office as the primary place of your records ever again. Having the FEDS come in and do a thorough DOJ inspection is not fun, and can be a very stressful event to go through. We are here to help. Our technology has already passed three DOJ inspections :-)) |

Dan is putting the final touches on the programming and I am working on the legal aspects so that we may launch this shortly after Phoenix Forum...
Here are a couple of screen shots from www.2257Safe.com just so you guys have an idea of what the interface will look like. http://www.2257safe.com/screenshots/100/view4.png http://www.2257safe.com/screenshots/100/create2.png http://www.2257safe.com/screenshots/100/create6.png http://www.2257safe.com/screenshots/100/create9.png And my email address if michael[at]fattlegal.com if anyone has any questions... |
Any rough idea what the prices for your service will be? I understand it will depend heavily on what the customer needs, but I'm curious about a ballpark figure. Mostly I am interested from an affiliate only standpoint. I use sponsor provided content and keep my own records now, but having a service like this would be nice.
|
$9.99 for up to 1 GB
$29.99 for up to 5 GBs $49.99 for up to 10 GBs $99.99 for up to 15 GBs $149.99 for up to 20 GBs All prices are monthly and charged to a credit card on file. This is for hosting after an 80% compression of your current site. For example, if your site is 100 GBs it should compress down to a 20 GB on our servers. For sites for more than 100 GBs we will do custom quotes. A copy of the content must be attached to the 2257 records and IDs. |

The first thing that sprang to mind when I read this thread was "Anybody that trusts that idiot KB with their record keeping will surely deserve whatever they get.". It wasn't until later when Chad chimed in that I realized that there's probably some people involved in this business venture that do know what they're talking about.
Why anybody would link their product to KB still baffles me. Why wouldn't you get a front man with slightly more credibility? Like maybe an old box of donuts or something. |
Looks great and I love that your example uses New Hampshire IDs
I have two more you can add :winkwink: |

The service looks good. |

You wont need to compress anything, the software does it automatically. As for old versions, those should not be deleted. Once they are published, you need to keep the records in case of an inspection. |
Looks like a great service! I know a couple webmasters who'll find this interesting! :)

Basically if I update my blog with a couple of new pictures or a new movie I just upload that content and any docs that go with it into the system and put in the corresponding urls. No need to compress the whole site. Correct? Thanks for the info. |
One other thing....
When we launch in April, it will be to limited number of clients for the first couple of months. If you are interested in being one of the first, please go to www.2257Safe.com and enter your information so we can add you to the email list. |

Is there anything planned for importing data from existing standalong 2257 programs - or would someone with 10 years worth of data have to start from scratch with your system?

I am an owner. You are a hater which means- I love you. Without haters like you...no one would know who I am so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and I will pray for you that sometime in the near future your anger and jealousy will subside with me. Especially since you have NEVER met me or know me. :2 cents: |

Email us, and we'll talk more about your options. |

I don't hate you, I find you entertaining. You think haters make you known? I have some bad news for you on that front. You're pretty much unknown, despite your best attempts to advertise yourself. You're not the celebrity you might think you are, despite being a VIP audience member at the Tonight Show. It's not like out of 100 random people even 1 would pick you out as a celebrity. The only person I've ever heard say anything good about KB is well, KB. :2 cents: |

If you Google me there seems to be plenty of people who know who I am . Not to mention the retarded fan emails I have received for two years everytime my movie airs on TV. I am sure you have the same kind of following- using your REAL name? I guess it's even funnier then that I have a reality show in development with a huge production company in Hollywood- and guess what? They SOUGHT ME OUT. Maybe if you didn't live in a third world country you'd get it more. I understand your dilemma. I am not popular in the Latin speaking countries outside of Spain. I am HUGE in Spain. :) Furthermore- if you buy into my board persona you are just as naive as the rest of the idiots who ewatched my movie and asked me " What happened to the girl?" |
is it wrong to stare at old mens penises in the gym locker room?

U missed it- I leaked the story about Bruce Willis getting married on Parrot Cay in the Turks and caicos to the National Enquirer. I also lost a LOT of money on the deal. Maybe Warchild is right...I have no credibility after all. I mean who would run and print a story I gave them ? Oh wait let me see....People Mag, Star Mag, TMZ, National Enquirer, TheDirty.com, Perezhilton.com ,E online.com etc. That's who. Juicy u better be in PHX- I need a bro hug |
Very fucking nice my friend!

I don't have any following using my real name. I can accept that I'm not a celebrity. I don't have to try and force myself in to the spot light. I guess we'll see how your reality show works out. I'm guessing big fail. If it turns out I'm wrong, I'll gladly say it. Maybe I can highlight the situation for you a little easier with pictures and google (since you seem to like google). http://www.mtv.com/shared/promoimage...al/281x211.jpg Kevin Blatt - Marketing himself on the Internet for what, 10 years? http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Kevin+Blatt Results 1 - 10 of about 215,000 for Kevin Blatt. http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r...tar9/boxxy.jpg Boxxy - Internet Meme. No marketing done at all. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Boxxy Results 1 - 10 of about 324,000 for Boxxy How long did it take you marketing yourself as hard as you could to reach about half the celebrity status of a goofy looking girl posted on 4chan? Yeah, you're a celebrity alright. |

Looking good guys! KB lets meet in PHX for sure. I'll contact you to schedule. Dan going too?

bizzzle snores!!!!!!!!!! |
Let me ask a dumb question...Are you basically saying that to use this service you would need to upload your entire members area to your servers?
|
Quote:
|
While KB argues his celebrity status, let me take this one...
Quote:
You would then need to upload the 2257 docs and IDs and then attached them to the corresponding content. |
Michael I am definitely a celebrity, right?
:-)) hahahaha |
At this point I should point out that I may have confused Pornlaw with Chadknowslaw? I'm not sure if it's the same person or two completely different people. In either case, that's the reference to Chad I made.
Further, I have no reason to doubt the compitence of Pornlaw and in that regard I'd be confident that this new service meets all the legal criteria. So in short, I have no reason to believe this won't be a great service. I'm just surprised anything that includes KB would ever be great, being as he's such an enormous tool. |

I know that this is a LIFESAVER for a lot of independent cam girls... and female talent in the phone sex industry.
THANK YOU :) |

i got the lowdown from kb and it is very cool
|
You have to upload the content along with the identification and contracts?
I think it's going to take a while to gain people's trust on this. Having PornLaw a part of it is key tho. |

However, the content will be so compressed at upload it will not be of a quality that can be used commercially. Also, the media server will be behind a PCI compliant firewall, no one will want or be able to get to it anyway. |
