Rogaine for receding hairline....
anyone tried it?
does it work? if yes, then does it stop the loss or actually causes hair regrowth? :helpme |
Doesn't stop hairloss, only slow it down.
You don't need expensive Rogaine/Regaine as their patent has expired and you can get generic of Minoxidil and in higher concetration from: http://www.minoxidil.com/subpages/pr...ited%20Kingdom Xandrox 5% better than standard Minoxidil 5% Propecia (1mg of Finasteride) is more powerful at slowing down or stopping and in some cases reversing early hairloss (e.g. frontal): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finasteride It has side-effects and they are very common, sometimes permanent. You can get Propecia from: http://www.inhousepharmacy.co.uk/ They send it from New Zealand. |
I thought it only worked on patter baldness on the back of the head.

yeah, I wouldn't use propecia
was hoping someone could have some first hand experience with rogaine/minoxidil though |
hair loss is from testosterone oxidizing in your scalp. In Japan you have people who have adopted the western diet experiencing the same hair loss we have in affluent countries for the first time ever... to decrease the level of hormones in your body eat few if any animal products and fats such as olive oil, etc. A low fat diet with less than 10% animal products will save more than just your hair. check out www.thechinastudy.com its a great book on a 25 year study of genetics and diet, completely invalidates the old "oh its all in my genes" because it shows it takes diet and environment to active them. :2 cents:
