They don't even have to use a proxy. Most ISPs use dynamic IPs, so it will change sooner or later. If you want it to change right away that's easy too.

Wasn't he banned and then let back on? Then when he came back he was warned several times to knock it off. He didn't listen and then was banned again for life. Barefootsies is pretty laid back.
