Legal help. Pretty please.
If I recieve a certified letter from an insurance company, and it is signed with a fake name, ex; Anna Crayon, when in actuality her name is Anna Fernandez. It's a trick they use to have an anonibity option, I know this, but never cared until now.
Isn't this fruad? |
I am not a lawyer or qualified to give legal advice... however... common sense says that any document that isn't signed using a legal name is invalid.

get your lawyer to reply and ask him whether there are any charges that can be filed against them.
