Domains and Trademarks Question
I think I remember that domains like somecompanynamesuck.com is OK as long as you don't profit from it right?
I believe there are a couple of decisions about it but I can not find them :( I got screwed over by a company and I don't have the time to go through the consumer protecting agency here in Denmark because it can take a couple of years but I know I am right and I have used this tactic in the past with great success. Just want to make sure I am doing everything correctly. Short story Buy laptop. Motherboard breaks Motherboard repaired but laptop is returned with damaged LCD (scratch, dead pixel, dirt behind glass) I suspect they also replaced the monitor with an already faulty one. Company says it will take another 4 weeks on top of the 3 weeks it have already taken, not an option leaving the country for a few months and need the lap top next week. Michael is pissed off and want it fixed now or satisfaction. |

If you're request is verifiable and documented, and against the policies / terms they're offering it shouldn't be any issue, as far as I'm concerned.
