Getting a DMCA notice from a program that doesn't pay
LOL. I like how they can afford "lawyers" to search the Internet for their content, which they allowed their affiliates to use, all while not paying their affiliates.
Just thought that was a funny way to start the day... |
Awww c'mon, you have to out the program now. Or at least tell someone who can (read: me) if you don't want it to reflect poorly on Top Bucks.
Lemme guess you switched the sponsor links but left up the content when they stopped paying? |

I think you folks should know that I have been retained by several webmasters who have received these DMCA notices from Cum On Her Face.
These guys didn't pay their webmasters, went to jail for hiring prostitutes and other such Elliot Spitzer/Larry Craig type shenanigans, and now have the audacity to harrass webmasters who had their content plastered on thousands of different pages to promote them? Pay up or shut up. If you can afford to hire people to search for your content and send out DMCA's, you can afford to pay webmasters what they are owed. If you're in jail, you can't send no mail. If you didn't pay, I don't care what you say. My black balls itch, and you're cell block D's bitch. |
proof or it didnt happen!

Without the name of the sponsor you are letting others get fucked over.

Why would they even care to send the DMCA notices or contact a lawyer?
Maybe it's one of their performers that has initiated this. You never know what's going on exactly. |
