They do remove it... but it getsw put back up. I know its them as this version of the video I dont have in my members area anylonger. As far as the next step, i cant really discuss that :(

Well, i cant say I love empflix, but they are getting better. 8 hours, and they removed that link and others. They are comming around.. I'll give them that.

They're an affiliate of yours, either through empflix or their sister site tnaflix. There was a Ghetto Gagger banner up on there about a year ago. I mentioned this to Sherm at the time... but back then I don't believe they were jacking any of your content.

Dig up the account. If I remember correctly he signed up using his real name and listed a business address, so you'll have something to work with.
