I've been lurking on these boards for years, but am finally going to be a bit more active.

I started working for CCBill almost 8 years ago and quickly went over to Cavecreek on the hosting side of things. I've been an Admin, Sr Admin, Manager and Director with CWIE since.

If you've got any questions, comments, concerns or anything you haven't been able to get addressed by your sales rep or support, message me and I'll get back to you. I won't be living on the boards, but I do check my email... way too often ;)

We've been trying a few things to help improve the quality and speed of service and the latest addition is live chat with admins from the website. While they'll be forwarding the sales inquiries over to me, they will be working on tickets for existing customers the same as if you'd written in an email or phoned in.

I think this will be especially helpful to our international customers!
