The amount of people I have hired who are lazy, don't want to work, can't meet deadlines, etc. is quite astonishing. It is no surprise that these same people are broke, live in shit hole countries, and wipe their own ass with leaves.

100% agreed.

Hire local or abroad. Pay them a good wage, or minimum. None of that matters. In the end, it comes down to their work ethic. They either have it, don't.

I owe everything I have to laziness. It pushed me to keep finding new ways to make the maximum amount of money with the least amount of work.
