Twistys Cash old system -> NATS system missing rebills?
 

We have been promoting Twistys Cash for several years now but didn't push them much these last months as our sales and conversion ratio decreased badly since their move to NATS.

In the old stat system we had a ratio 1:3959 sending +100K MGP traffic a year. This year in the NATS system we dropped to 1:17142 sending 35K of same MGP traffic. I don't mind much about that since I can stop promoting them due to bad results.

However I care about my rebills and noticed they drastically decreased as well. Checking last year stats for Twistys Cash I noticed 86 rebills (61 in the old system and 25 in the NATS system), so far this year I only have 6 rebills (0 in old system and 6 in the NATS system). QUESTION. Where did my rebills go?

I contacted Twistys Cash for the answer. Lisa kindly went back to me and I asked her if she could look into the issue and check that the rebills are reported correctly especially the ones generated under the old system. She can't answer and must ask about this important matter to her supervisor... Of course everything is fine with my account and all is reported perfectly.

Am I the only Twistys Cash affiliate who experience that issues?

Let me look into this. I haven't heard of any other affiliate having this problem.

Your rebills are low this year because you've been sending to our pps program. You don't get credit for rebills when you send to pps.

As I mentionned it earlier there have been 86 rebills last year. Eventhough I tried PPS this year there shall be an amount of guys from last year rebilling this year. Except if all suddenly cancelled which is unfortunate. It is kinda hard to believe but if my case is isolated, that may be it.

If anybody else thinks there is a problem I'd be more than happy to look into it.

As I mentioned in icq. It's been more than 8 months since the revshare portion of the account was getting signups to it. With the volume where it was it's normal for the rebills to be where they are today.
