I only eat at fast food places that make the food right in front of me for this very reason.

Subway, Chipotle, etc.

You can get hepatitis from that sort of thing. And it's not like adults working at fast food places have led the cleanest of lives.

It's not like they need to do that for it to become shitty food...Dominos has sucked for eons it seems. They used to be good until maybe about 15-20 years ago. Nothing holds a candle to Round Table IMO but that's just me.
