I do curls in front of the mirror at the gym and count out every rep really loud.

i play basketball every tuesday, it is pretty competitive....bunch of guys who played high school together..a few who did university...then they had mens leagues...its a pick up game now of the same people, but the cardio is awesome from it.
plus i love to golf and ive decided to start walking the courses this year |

Five days a week more or less depending on my schedule, 2 days of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 2 days of Thai Boxing, and 1 day of Western Boxing.
My oldest niece is a softball pitcher so now that softball season has started I guess I have to include getting into catcher's gear and letting her hurl fastballs at my head a few days a week... |

I play pocket pool.
I ride my bike 5 days a week and walk atleast an hour a day. 2 days ago I took my first yoga class (loved it) and plan to work that into the weekly routine. In a week or two it will finally be swim season, and I will be doing that as well 5 days a week. |
I take my dog on a hour walk every night :)

I masturbate thrice daily, but usually only break a sweat when I'm not concentrating.
The only time I'd call it "competitive" is when we go double dutch rudder style, and see which of us can make the other come first. Nothing gay; it's just what straight guys do when they are bored. Too cold for golf? Double dutch. Too windy for tennis? Double dutch. Don't feel like swimming? Double dutch. Train in my garage most days (full of heavy duty equipment) and have always lifted heavy weights and stuck to the basics such as squats, chins, lots of pressing exercises and curls.
My wife says I`m addicted to training and she is probably correct. :) |

Played football for eleven years. However I am now to old and brittle for that stuff. I still wakeboard when I can find the time. |
I play volleyball. I don't work out at a gym. I do some pushups and situps at home, do a lot of walking and biking, and eat healthy.
