Three to 4 times per week. Sometimes more. I have a black 4 door Jeep and it shows the dirt and I like to keep it shiny and spotless

Whenever it is dirty but my mother usually cleans our cars. Seriously. She really has nothing else to do.

Couple or three times over the summer, more if needed. Once or twice in the fall, then once near the end of winter when the snow starts to melt.

No point in washing it during the winter, the doors and windows end up freezing shut.
During the spring melt - also no point, the streets are wet every day. Drive two blocks and your car is filthy again. Better to wait until everything dries up.

Cost me about 5-7 bucks per wash (including interior vacuuming). Roughly $40 per year at most.

About once a week by hand... I find it relaxing and therapeutic.

Every saturday if I get the chance (but most times every two weeks)
Fill the wiper fluids, check the air in the tires, vacuum clean the car, empty the shit behind the seats (empy tic tac boxes and other mess) and get some gasoline in there while I am at it.

Whenever it gets dirty. Its really dirty right now actually so I'll be taking it to get detailed tomorrow. I don't use it much, only drive about 50 miles per week most weeks so unless birds shit on it then it doesnt tend to get very dirty.

Not very often... it's one of those things that doesn't really bother me so I don't worry about it.
