The footsies sites still have a fully functioning membership site connected with them.

They run on SD, and have hundreds to scenes on them. So you could revamp the site if you wish, running it on a rotating year calendar with old dropping off, and coming back later if you saw fit.

I can talk to Omar of SD and see what is needed if someone goes this route. I have other sites on my copy of SD, so I can't just turn it over to you. But you would probably need a SD license. So if interested in going that route, factor it into your budget.

THEY SHOULD! Be able to export the sql for sdepth and import into their new copy of sdepth. Then erase the sql tables for the sites they don't buy. Don't quote me on that, but should be easily done. Should be easier too if they already have a running copy of sdepth up too. :2 cents:

Good luck on the sale

Any time, even in the past deals, someone licenses my DV AVI they have been that way. It is only when you are getting the super cheap-o deals, or buying as-is that you get watermarked clips. Price reflects that.

Of course people can buy those packages, and opt for watermarking and compression.

http://clips4sale.com/store/1353 ) in addition to the G/G Stocking Foot Worship clips (2305). I have more of them than any other type actually. Up to 80% of the clips have never been licensed to anyone. Other than my first use on pay site, and clip store (1353) they have not been released.

I have not added them up, but if you do the match from the post above, you can subtract those listed from a 1,000 and guess from there. If you have questions on that content and are a serious qualified buyer, give me a shout.

Also, for those licensing content for pay site, or looking to revamp one of the existing, JD gave you an offer in my initial sale post...

For the tube..
is there a way in the Media back end script... to put an ad at the beginning and end of the videos? or to put a scrolling phone number/URL at the bottom of each video?

If that were the case.. I could totally rock an 1800 number at the beginning and end of each clip...

Terrible time to be selling, but not really a choice. Which is why I am dropping the prices to fire sale and getting rid of sites, clips stores and business partner ASAP.

Once that is done, and people's orders have been shipped out, WIRE's received, bank accounts closed, and partnership papers signed off on. Then I will end up starting to shoot for my new company, and have 100 scenes done in a few months. So it is no big deal for me to start completely over.

I've done it once for myself, and helped a number of others over the past few years, so it can be done again. Plus, in my case, I already have the foot fetish and tickling traffic niche and search engine, newsletters and decade of trust. So it isn't any big deal. Just more of a hassle.

I am shooting in Texas in August for my site, saving everything for that trip. Good luck though with everything. I hear ya.
