Does any PimpRoll site have 300x250 banners? It's a pretty standard size... I've gone through a bunch of them in the promo area and not ONE has one... I asked PR Support about having one for Porn.com made up, but get no reply when I ask for an update for the last few days...

I'd like to start filling my site with PR content, but not before I know I have 300x250 banners in place for each site in my system...

I'd really hate to have to switch PR out for another sponsor as I had plans of focusing a lot of my stuff around PR sites... :S

Well I'm sorry but I wasn't expecting a week, especially when the other 3 sponsors I hit up the same day got back to me with a couple different variations the next day or so... You guys keep putting out new sites on a regular basis, you'd think you'd have banners made just as fast, not a week later before even getting anything.

The reason we have stuff out so often is because our design and development team are CONSTANTLY working hard trying to make deadlines. Sometimes things get pushed back.

No, it shouldn't have taken this long, I had a request yesterday taken care of today so something must have gotten crossed up in the queue. Contacting me about this would have gotten this resolved faster though. Now I have to waist time here explaining this instead...

Sorry, but I message you and get no response for almost 12+ hours, I had no other way, I'm waiting on you guys to get your content into my system, I'm not gonna load a thousand videos into it without proper promo material just to have to go through and remove it all an hour later because of not having what I need.

A little advice, have your designers make standard banners along with the rest of the stuff not many use when doing it.. I can't find a SINGLE 300x250 banner in the promo area for any site... So if it's taking 4+ days to get 1 banner for porn.com I'd hate to have to request one for every site.

Standard banners? Just because they are standard for you doesn't make them standard for others. People use and change variations of these on a weekly basis sometimes. Trying to make things to satisfy everyones design strategy isn't even possible. We do offer people the psd of our logos so they can make quick ones of their own if needed.

Sorry I didn't get back to you within that 12 hours, I tend to go home and sleep occasionally.

I understand not everyone is available 24/7 but I messaged you during biz hours. I only work 10AM until 6PM CST so thats when I contact people.
