Multi threaded FTP client

I post on GFY when Im doing other stuff like uploading in the background. Lately I've been doing A LOT of blog network uploads and site uploads so I have more time here. My question to the tech dudes here: Is there a way to UPLOAD one file to several FTP targets at once? For example: 1 server has 100 domains, is it possible to upload one file to 20 of those at once? Or am I stuck doing it sequentially?

you can upload and then copy it when its on the server or create a symlink if you want to easily mirror the same content across several domains. im not much of a nix user so someone will have to post the command for doing it

Ben, thank you for this idea! You just freed up a lot of my time if this pans out. Anyone have the command for this? Im using a Linux box for this project.
